What you're agreeing to: a monthly storage rental subscription, billed in advance at the rate above, starting on your move-in date. We're a UK self-storage operator (Store Store 24).

Your unit is prepared and held until your move-in date (up to 30 days).
Cancellation: month-to-month. Give 14 days' notice via your account or by emailing us. You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin providing storage during that period, you may still cancel, but you must pay the agreed proportionate charge for the storage provided up to the date you cancel.
Paperwork after payment: you'll receive an email with the Storage Agreement to sign and (where required) ID-verification steps. Your access PIN issues once those are complete.
