Use each unit card's description as a guide. As a rule of thumb: 10 sq ft fits boxes and personal items, 25 to 35 sq ft fits a bedroom's contents, 50 sq ft fits a typical 1-bed flat, and 100 sq ft fits a 2 to 3 bed house. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. You can call us on 01803 446017 and we'll talk it through.
All customers have 24/7 access to the facility. You enter using a personal PIN or RFID card issued at move-in.
Yes. Every unit includes Basic Goods Protection up to £250 at no extra cost. You can upgrade to Standard (£2,500), Plus (£5,000), or Premium (£10,000) cover for a small monthly fee. If you have your own insurance that covers goods in self-storage, let us know during booking.
We offer flexible terms with no long-term commitment. Rent for as long as you need, from a few weeks to several years. Just give us 14 days notice when you're ready to move out.
